*  Manages front office staff, insurance verification, billing, payment posting, and account   follow up

Caren is a working partner for the company and has responsibility for the financial oversight of the business.  She performs daily billing and payment posting.  In addition to these duties, Caren incorporates some  account follow up into her routine along with month end closing/reporting. She is the primary contact person for patient account questions and handles patient refunds.  She also enjoys training our staff.

*  Manages insurance verification and authorizations as well as productivity.

Danielle is a working partner for the company.  She assumes primary responsibility for our operations.  She sets policies and procedures in place in keeping with best practices and promotes compliance with "Our Highest Standards."  She also enjoys training on insurance verification and authorizations.

Rochanne possess a wealth of "on the job training" and education:

*  15 years with Regence BCBS of Utah

*  11 years as Office Manager in a high volume, fast paced, independent general practice medical office

*  13 plus years in physical therapy billing, 7 of which were dedicated to a company as an Account Manager of over 40 clinics.

*  Nearly 35 years in medical office experience

*  Multi-clinic/multi-client company management of Patient Accounts

*  Clinic reporting and balancing

*  Managing front desk, verification, billing, payment-posting, and account follow-up

*  Specializes in Auto, Commercial, Medicare, TPA, VA, and Work Comp account types

*  Patient collections

Rochanne is a working partner for the company.  Her strong people skills and problem solving experience is utilized in corresponding and responding to client questions and concerns as well as managing the account follow-up process to it's optimal completion.
